Even if you don’t get runway-side seats to the the DVF show at Singapore Fashion Week (SFW), you can still get in the SFW spirit. Check out Tangs x SFW pop-up stores at Tangs Orchards. You’ll be able to get your hands on stylish threads from local brands like the edgy Elohim by Sabrina Goh and colorful but elegant pieces from Ong Shanmugan, who will both be presenting collections at the upcoming five-day fashion event.
Aside from brands who will be at SFW, other local brands on offer include In Good Company, Aijek, Cruise, Womb and Reckless Jersey who are also joining in the fashion week fun with newly created capsule collections. On the international front, there’s the too-cool-for-school streetwear brand Studmuffin NYC and sophisticated jewelry label Monica Vinader.
As much as we love the designers on show at the Tangs pop-up, we were really hoping for a Diane von Furstenberg or a Victoria Beckham pop-up but guess we’ll just have to try and score tickets to SFW for a glimpse of those fancy frocks.
The pop-up stores will stay open until May 20 and are on levels 2 and 3.
