Recoupon, a daily deal website where customers can buy and sell coupons, has launched in Singapore. Founder Madeline Ernest claims that 20% of all deal vouchers from sites like Groupon go unused, and thus offers Singaporeans the opportunity to use a secondary market. In order to use the site, buyers and sellers must register with Paypal. The site is cost-free, and sellers can set their own prices.
