<p>Homegrown e-retailer Zalora just pulled an Amazon Prime, and announced the launch of <a href="http://www.zalora.sg/zalora-now" target="_blank"><strong>Zalora Now</strong></a>, a newly added members-only service that allows shoppers to receive their purchases in the shortest time possible.</p>
<p>For a one-time payment of $14.90, you can get express shipping on any order, without any minimum spend, for an entire year. You won’t have to pay any additional shipping fees, and there’s no cap to the number of orders you can make within the one-year subscription. Take note though, that while the platform does offer access to local and international fashion brands, only items labelled “Sold by Zalora” are guaranteed next-(working)-day delivery, and even then that’s subject to order cut-off timing each day. Still, having your Topshop jeans arrive safely in the mail in less than three days beats going down to the store to fight for sizes, in our books.</p>
<p>Having launched yesterday (Oct 12), the new service comes just in time for holiday shopping sprees and Zalora’s annual sales. Singapore-based customers can look forward to an 11.11 Singles’ Day sale from <strong>Nov 9-12</strong>, as well as Zalora’s signature annual sales event 12.12 Online Fever, happening <strong>Dec 12-15</strong>. Both events will see exclusive deals on popular brands like Topshop, Topman, Mango, Superdry, and Ray-Ban, plus beauty brands Laneige and Benefit.</p>
<p>Quick returns and even quicker delivery times; at the rate online shopping conveniences are going, pretty soon we won’t even ever have to leave the house again.</p>
