Ves: Thoughtful, functional pieces
Homegrown brand Ves creates beautiful, functional pieces that bring joy to everyday life, a philosophy it also shares at its Ves Studio pottery classes and workshops in Chip Bee Gardens. Studio Karyn Lim: The Lightness of being
A new addition is an exclusive art and design solo exhibition led by renowned industrial designer and former recipient of the fair’s Young Designers Showcase Grant, Karyn Lim, whose work has been showcased at Milan Design Week and Tokyo Design Week.
She will present “Lightness”, a collection of wearable accessories woven from a variety of materials emphasising the lightness ethos. Also on display will be her “So Plast!c”, a collection created from recycled plastic waste, transforming it into exciting interior pieces. Selected designs of her functional sculptures will be available for purchase.
