Like the original Bras Basah Complex store, the east side offshoot of Cat Socrates is an indie treasure trove, stuffed with gifts, books, stationery, toys, trinkets and bicycle accessories, many of which are sourced from all over Asia. They also stock lifestyle goods by local designers. In case you were wondering, there is indeed a cat (named Lychee) in residence; it has its own hammock at the window.
