Founder Alvin Giam was inspired by the way Pilates helped him recover from injury and set up Pilates Bodyworks to make it more widely available. Set in a lush, earthy sanctuary, Pilates Bodyworks aims to bring about the same life-changing experience Giam underwent and to provide a professional center to educate future practitioners. There are special programs for different needs here, including expectant mothers, children and senior citizens.
