The buzz: It’s the hottest fitness-related collaboration we’ve seen all year—a dedicated workout space by international sportswear brand Reebok and featuring the ultimate strength and conditioning program, CrossFit.
The vibe: CrossFit might be a program used by the likes of military specialists but that’s not supposed to get you down. Everyone usually starts off at a CrossFit gym not knowing what they really want to achieve but your first few sessions will change that. You’ll learn to set and achieve personal targets, as well as plan a healthy diet that matches your fitness goals, with people who will eventually feel like family. Similar to all the other Boxes (what CrossFitters everywhere call their gyms) around the world, the Enduro Box is supposed to improve your lifestyle so that you’re healthier all round, not just focusing on one area like your tummy.
The facilities: If you’re used to working out in the densely packed gyms here, you might be a little taken aback by the Box’s spaciousness. But that’s the great thing about it—you can get motivated without having to sacrifice personal space. Of course, the usual suspects—barbells, pull up bars, climbing ropes—are available. There are more than 10 sessions (both beginner and regular workouts) available a week so the lack of time can’t be your excuse anymore.
Why you’ll be back: It’s hard not to get motivated when people capable of doing insane exercise variations are cheering you on.
