Skaters in Singapore commonly practice their stuff anywhere with suitable terrain (read: steps in front of shopping malls, public parks and sometimes even neighborhood bus interchanges) but lately, many have been flocking to this 1.4 hectare piece of land decorated with skate-specific obstacles like stairs, ledges and handrails. There’s even a 3.6-meter deep vertical bowl that’s great for seasoned enthusiasts to try out gravity-defying stunts. And it’s all free! Occasionally, large-scale skating championships are held here.
