Boutique and Parlour by Ashley Isham

The buzz: First ever duplex multi-label concept store by homegrown sartorialist Ashley Isham. The boutique’s on the first floor and the tearoom (Parlour) is on the second.

The vibe: Grand gold and white hues rule. Luxurious coverings by Goodrich Global adorn the walls, some of them featuring gorgeous Chinoiserie designs. The tearoom serving crepes, cakes and cocktails on the second floor evokes visions of a French tea parlor.

The goods: The collection at the Boutique is personally picked out by Ashley Isham and is exclusive to the store. Other international labels are on the racks too, including dresses by Farah Khan, Catherine Deane and Modern Love by Sarah Arnett, as well as handbags by Lotus London and accessories by Babe. Top that off with footwear from Acrobats of Gods and Maloles. Prices range from $79 for a T-shirt to $650 for a dress.

Why you’ll be back: For the gorgeous collection of apparel and crepes and kumquat cocktails, all under one stunning roof.
