The buzz: The classic denim brand takes a great stride into town with their first standalone store.
The vibe: Classic Americana—steel and hard wood fixtures, plus a neon “Wrangler” logo that greets you before you step into the store. The 200 sq. meter space may be smallish, but it’s packed with a barn load of cowboy shirts, denim and knitwear.
The goods: Basic jeans ($99 upwards), T-shirts ($39 upwards) and shirts ($69 upwards) for studs and fillies, plus men’s only Blue Bell line jeans ($499 upwards) based on the historical “cowboy cut” which Wrangler has been making since 1947. In addition, there’s also the new Laser Denim range which will allow you to customize and stylize your buys with a specially crafter bullet pen and fully reversible denim jeans to look out for.
Why we’ll be back: Because we’re sick of our 501s.
