The luxury resort is the first Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi and the group’s ninth property in the Middle East. There are ten hotel restaurants and bars including three conceptualized by award-winning Japanese designer Super Potato. The options include Li Jiang, a modern Southeast Asian restaurant, Mijana, a contemporary Arabic restaurant, The Forge, a signature steak house and all-day dining restaurant, Giornotte.
