The Langham, Jakarta created a stir in the city’s luxury nightspot scene with the opening of Artesian Bar Jakarta in December last year. Perched on the 65th level of the towering hotel, the bar carries a prestigious legacy from The Langham London’s award-winning bar.
Artesian Bar Jakarta derives its inspiration from the Garden of Eden, which extends to its design and the concoctions it serves. The interior blends art deco and gothic, adorned with nature-themed artworks. Furnished with a glass roof, mosaic floor, and crystal chandeliers, guests can expect a laid back yet luxurious indoor and outdoor ambience.
It is not a complete Artesian experience without a meticulously curated cocktail menu. The rooftop bar derives its inspiration from the three kingdoms of life: the Kingdom of Plants, the Kingdom of Animals, and the Kingdom of Humans.
Each concoction beckons the celebration of the beauty of life through plants, animals, and humans, showcasing the Artesian team’s resolute artistry and creativity.
Find innovative and botanical-infused signature blends such as Forbidden, Passion, Devine, Envy, Temptation, Evil, Anxiety, Sin, Seduction, Ego and Pure, which features Signature Aged Cocktails, namely Applewood Cognac, Negroni, Coconut Kingston, Aged Flower Bomb, Tonka Old Fashioned, and more, concocted with avant-garde techniques.
Naturally, the libations are followed with delightful tapas to balance the cocktails’ unique taste. Find an array of nibbles such as Charcoal Wagyu and Foie Gras sliders, Classic Nachos, crispy Wagyu Gyoza, and more.
Artesian Bar Jakarta also presents an opportunity for visitors and guests of The Langham, Jakarta to join a mixology creation session with skilled mixologists. Find your own taste under the guidance of the experts through this session.
