Situated within the charming all-villas Prasana by Arjani Resorts in Uluwatu, Petit Garçon is a treasure box waiting to be discovered. Much like its dessert jars and multi-layered cakes, the dessert bar is accessible from the resort’s lobby and located adjacent to WHIM Bar & Restaurant.

A tantalising array of petite tarts and sliced cakes on display is available to take home. For those who wish to take their time and relax, opt for the Afternoon Tea. Priced at Rp250,000++ per person, the delicious treats are made of house-made savoury bites and Petit Garcon’s signature sweet delicacies such as Tarte Fraisier, Profiteroles, and freshly-baked madeleines.

A brainchild of the resort’s culinary director Andika Adam, the French flair comes from his experience in Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and having worked with the highly-respected chef Amandine Chaignot. “Petit Garçon translates to ‘little boy’ in French. The name encapsulates our desire for guests to experience the exuberance of a child in a candy shop through our curated selection of sweet treats,” says the chef.

Intense, a plated dessert that graces the cover of epicure Indonesia April/May 2024 issue, is one of the must-try signature dishes. It boasts four distinct intensities of chocolate with varying textures. Don’t miss the summer-inspired Fraisier, Adam’s take on the classic French strawberry cake as well as small treats such as Apple Caramel Cardamom Millefuille, Lemon Tarte, and Matcha Strawberry Eclair.

Petit Garcon is open daily from 7am to 10pm. For information and reservations, call +62 361 4725 4888 or email [email protected].
