Moganshan, a former mountain hideout for 1920s underground leaders—including mob boss Du Yuesheng and the Kuomintang leader Chiang Kai-shek—is enjoying a revival. The area’s going upscale with fresh entries like this sprawling 60-acre facility setting up amid local tea and bamboo plantations.
