The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is now open with 447 rooms and 85 villas decorated in 15th to early 17th century Renaissance style, with rates starting at AED1,600 (S$546).
The luxury resort is the first Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi and the group’s ninth property in the Middle East. There are ten hotel restaurants and bars including three conceptualized by award-winning Japanese designer Super Potato. The options include modern Southeast Asian restaurant Li Jiang, contemporary Arabic eating spot Mijana, steakhouse The Forge and all-day dining restaurant Giornotte.
