Angsana Bintan offers cultural Thai November package

Immerse yourself in Thai culture with Angsana Bintan‘s The Colours of Thailand package, which will take place from Nov 29 to Dec 1, the latest edition of the resort’s weekend events.

In the lush rain-forest and beach-side surroudings of the resort, sample authentic Thai cuisine by Chef Renu Homsombat of Banyan Tree’s signature restaurant Saffron.

If you’d like to learn how to prepare tradtional Thai food yourself, you can take part in the complimentary cooking classes, as well as workshops in soap carving, Thai dance, flower arrangement and fruit carving. Angsana Spa therapists that have flown-in from Phuket will be on hand if you’re in need of a massage.

The one-night package, which is based on two people sharing, includes accommodation for the night of Nov 30, coach transfers, a Thai royal buffet dinner, breakfast at Lotus Cafe and a Thai lunch that features typical street food on Dec 1.

With the two-night package, from Nov 29 – Dec 1, a gourmet degustation menu at Banyan Tree’s restaurant Saffron is also included, as well as a complimentary 60-minute massage and 30-minute spa relaxation for one person, and late check-out on Dec 1.

Rates, based on two people sharing, are from $330 per night and booking can be made online.
