Australia’s gastronomic celebration of winter Fireside Festival is back from August 1 to 31 at over 20 venues across Canberra.
The month long festival will pay tribute to hearty winter cuisine, local cool-climate wines and crackling fires to cozy up by.
Events will include degustation dinners that celebrate local and seasonal produce, wine tastings, and performances and exhibitions, alongside activities like horse riding and chocolate tasting. Nearer to the time, you’ll also be able to book special accommodation packages for the festival period.
