See in the new year while eating your way around Northern Vietnam with Globetrotting Gourmet‘s Vietnam food tour from December 29 to January 5.
Starting from Hanoi, you’ll get to discover the region’s cuisine through market visits and cooking classes, you’ll learn about regional specialties such as Vietnam’s ubiquitous noodle dish Pho, and of course, there will be a full schedule of eating and drinking. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet celebrity chef Didier Corlou and Jimmy Pham of famed Hanoi restaurant KOTO.
