Good news: budget carrier Scoot just made traveling to Melbourne even more affordable. They recently announced that they’ll be rolling out five weekly flights from Singapore to Melbourne come Nov 2015. Yes, we know it’s still a good 11 months away but the news has already created quite a stir thanks to its super low prices—we managed to find return tickets (including taxes and surcharge) for under $500(!).
The flights are set to depart Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on a brand new fleet aircraft, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner that will be able to offer in-flight Wi-Fi. We also love their designated silent zones that are closed to passengers under 12. Oh, the joy of flying in peace.
Tickets are now available on their website.
