Go off the grid in Sapa, Vietnam

This charming small town in Northwest Vietnam is quickly becoming a must-visit destination, thanks to its misty mountains, rice terraces and interesting mix of local cultures.

The latest reason to visit is the newly opened U Sapa, U boutique hotel chain’s latest addition. It’s a 57-room property located in a French colonial building in the middle of the city. There’s an all-day dining venue, Bellevue, that serves up local and international fare that uses plenty of fresh local produce. There’s also a bar, a cafe, gym, library and a spa that will be opening later this year.

Opening rates start at US$63 ($85) per night and is available from now till Oct 2015. You’re also allowed to enjoy your room for a full 24 hours upon check-in and you can choose to have breakfast wherever and whenever during your stay. Head here to book.
