Over at Robertson’s Quay Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is offering the Italian-inspired Valentine’s staycation package Ti Amo.
The offer, which is available until the end of February (excluding Sundays), entitles guests to a stay in a luxurious Waterfront ($560) or Executive suite ($460), with a bottle of Prosecco, a pair of Gold Class movie tickets and access to the exclusive Executive Club Lounge up on floor 29 for afternoon tea, sunset cocktails and breakfast, with a stunning view of the city skyline.
A highlight of the stay is the three-course epicurean Italian set meal in the hotel’s Pontini restaurant. Dishes include marinated scallop carpaccio with organic caviar and Champagne granite, pan-roasted Mediterranean wild turbot and a selection of three irresistably indulgent desserts.
We were lucky enough to try out the Ti Amo package ourselves and can vouch that the Italian fine dining, chilled Prosecco and elegant suites make this staycation feel like a real weekend away, despite being so close to home.
