JAL introduces Japan-made cheese onboard international flights

Japan Airlines (JAL) will offer a new selection of Japanese cheese for First and Executive Class passengers on select international flights from March 1.
Cheese-making is not new to Japan, with areas like Hokkaido producing unique specimens for about 140 years. Some 16 types of cheese will be served till August—with five types in First Class and three in Executive. Expect choices like miso camembert from Tokachino Fromage and Mori Kamui from Happiness Dairy. The selection will change at the end of May.
