The highlight of the 85-room boutique property, found within the hip and happening Bukit Bintang district, are five unique loft rooms. In the Room to Listen for instance, that’s outfitted with the musically-inclined in mind, find a built-in sound system, vinyl records and turntable, plus lounge furniture for you to sink into as you go on an aural journey of your choice.

Among the other lofts, a hot favourite has got to be the food-centric Room to Taste, that’s equipped with a personal kitchen, communal dining table, cookbooks, and even a pantry with artisanal produce. It’s perfect for hosting a small dinner party as you show off your culinary prowess. You can’t actually cook in this room, but the facilities are sufficient for finishing touches and prep work.
Lucky Coffee
Other than the loft rooms, we find the hotel’s F&B offerings to be a draw as well. At the lobby you’ll find Lucky Coffee (sister cafe of LOKL Coffee Company in KL) dishing out aromatic brews and casual eats. Then there’s Monroe, a California-styled bistro serving up comfort food suitable for the whole family.
But what we’re most excited about is cocktail bar The Secret Mermaid. Yes, it’s by the folks behind the speakeasy of the same name in Singapore, and it’s set to offer the largest collection of American spirits available in Kuala Lumpur.
