The hospitality group behind Phuket’s fashionable Burasari and Bangkok’s Shanghai Mansion has just opened its newest property in Luang Prabang, Laos, Burasari Heritage, with a Heritage Explore package starting from US$299 (S$367) through October 31.
It’s a tempting deal (though it’s rainy season) and the rate includes a two-night stay, a traditional Lao dinner at the resort’s Terrace Restaurant, plus a half-day tour of Kwang Si Falls and Luang Prabang’s temples.
The 23-room boutique hotel features northern Laos-style architecture. It’s on the banks of Nam Khan River, nearby Sakka-line Road, a hub for morning alms giving.
