Madame Tussauds set to open in Sentosa

The popular Madame Tussauds is slated to open its first Singapore branch on Oct 25. Located on Sentosa, it will feature lifelike wax figures of Singapore’s hottest celebrities, like pop princess Stefanie Sun. You can also expect to rub (waxy) shoulders with international A-listers like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, David Beckham, Lewis Hamilton and Michelle Yeoh. Early bird tickets are available online for $20.

What’s more, if you’re planning a trip to Sentosa with a friend from out of town, you can make use of the island’s new free Wireless@SG service that lets you stay connected even while soaking up the sun on the beach. You can now surf the web freely at these locations: the Beach Station, Imbiah Lookout, The Port of Lost Wonder and The Mount Faber Leisure Group’s (MFLG) facilities.
