Batam will soon have a welcome new addition—Montigo Resorts Nongsa. Linked directly to Singapore via Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, the retreat is only an hour away.
The Mediterranean-styled hotel is set on a private beach along the Indonesian island’s north coast. It will have 88 villas, each with private plunge pool, al fresco dining area and sky terrace. A spa, specializing in Javanese and Balinese treatments, rounds out the pampering options.
