The Orient-Express is offering an 11-night Road to Mandalay luxury cruise for booking through June 30.
Sailing down the Irrawaddy River from the towns of Manda to Bhamo, the route takes you to highlights such as the world’s largest brick pagoda in Mingun and the village Katha, a colonial British outpost (once home to author George Orwell), much unchanged since the 1930s.
Prices start at S$4,730 for a single cabin (inclusive of accommodation, transfers and sightseeing) and cruises depart August 1, 15 and 29.
