Patina Hotel & Resorts’ flagship hotel—a member of The Leading Hotels of the World—The Patina (at the junction of Stamford Rd. and North Bridge Rd.) is set to open in fourth quarter of 2014.
Done up by noted interior design company Jaya International Design, the property will have 157 rooms and a well-equipped fitness centre, saltwater relaxation pool, 50-seat library club lounge, as well as a 196-seat restaurant and lounge.
The hotel will be part of Capitol Development, which also includes a residential tower, four-storey shopping mall with direct access to City Hall MRT interchange stations, plus a cinema and performance arts centre.
