A mainstay on Phuket’s Kata Beach for more than 20 years, Boathouse Resort on the Beach has reopened following a US$6 million, five-month makeover (it used to be called Mom Tri’s Boathouse).
The onsite Boathouse Wine and Grill restaurant has been completely overhauled, while additions to the 37-room property include extended family suites, a beachfront Penthouse Suite, a rooftop Sunset Lounge, the Re Ka Ta Beach Club, a spa and a boutique with a gourmet cafe.
If you stay at Boathouse before December 19, you can take advantage of its Special Launch Package where you’ll get five nights for the price of four with daily breakfasts and a dinner on the first night.
