For another luxurious property to discover, Kata Rocks, a stylish villa resort, has opened at Kata Point on the Thai island of Phuket.
Situated between Kata and Kata Noi beaches, the oceanfront resort’s hillside villas overlook the Andaman Sea. Each of the 34 Sky villas is spacious, fitted with interactive iPad technology for control of the villa’s amenities, plus each one has its own private infinity pool.
Elsewhere on the resort, guests can dine at Oceanfront restaurant, check out the resort’s bar and swim in the 35-meter lap pool. The property also features a fitness center and spa.
During the soft opening, which runs until the end of March, the resort is offering 20% off the usual villa rates, with complimentary airport transfers. Rates start from THB14,800 ($572).
