Budget carrier Tiger Airways has launched a new mobile app, which enables users to book flights, view deals (mostly for Stripes members) and access practical travel information (like call-centre telephone numbers and baggage information) from their smartphones.
The application allows users to toggle back and forth through any step as well as view fee breakdowns for seat selection, baggage upgrades and sports equipment check-in. For security, a four-digit pin number is required for bookings. There is also a profile section where the user’s name, date of birth, passport information, full address and contact information are stored.
