The Ironman 70.3 triathlon is one of the toughest tests of athleticism around and if you’ve reached a level where you’re ready to compete, the ironguides Training Camp Series will help push you beyond your limits.
Join Coach Vinnie Santana as he teaches you how to tackle the 70.3 from multiple angles. You’ll have daily swimming, cycling and running sessions where you’ll learn event-specific lessons like the difference between open water and pool swimming, how to take on steep hills, pacing the benefits of a high stride rate, strategies and nutrition, among others.
The next camp is scheduled for November 28-December 3, the week before the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship in Phuket, so you’ll have the advantage of an insider’s view of the course if you decide to compete.
The camp costs B13,128 (S$544) including five nights’ accommodation at Laguna Beach Resort, coaching alone is B5,956 (S$247).
