Backyard Travel’s new eight-day tour around Cambodia is perfect for amateur photographers. For starters, you’ll be traveling with food and travel writer Lara Dunston and professional photographer Terence Carter, who write the blog Gran Tourismo and contribute to hotshot magazines and papers the world over. So expect plenty of expert tips and insider info on how to take better holiday photos and what it’s really like being a travel writer.
The tour includes visiting Siam Reap’s cultural landmarks like Angkor Wat, the riverside town of Battambang and the city’s many picturesque temples. Along the way, there’ll also be pit stops at local markets, wine tasting at a vineyard and sample authentic local grub at street-side vendors. Of course, there’ll also be a couple of fine-dining restos included in the itinerary.
