You can now fly to Malaysia and Thailand from just 53 cents on AirAsia

It’s National Day deals galore with the nation’s big day just round the corner. Looking to join in the celebration is AirAsia, who has just released their “Super Steady” National Day Sale, offering promotional fares starting from just $0.53 to nearby holiday spots in Malaysia and Thailand.

These promotional fares, available for booking on their website or mobile app, will run from now till Aug 12 for a travel period between now and Jan 31 next year. Destinations include Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi and Kuching in Malaysia; you can also fly to Phuket and Krabi in Thailand.

As expected, the fare quoted is only the base fare and not inclusive of taxes and fees—but if you’re looking for even more alternative ways to celebrate the National Day holiday this year, you might want to consider this.
