You can now use Apple Pay or Android Pay for your Singapore Airlines flights

As if you needed more encouragement to book that end-of-year vacay, Singapore Airlines just made paying for your flights way more simple via Android Pay and Apple Pay.

This is of course for bookings via the SingaporeAir mobile app. Making payment with these digital wallets means you don’t have to fill in any fiddly information boxes with your credit card details and billing address. Instead, all you have to do is accept the T&Cs (details here) and tap "Buy with Android Pay" or "Buy with Apple Pay", then pony up using your registered fingerprint or phone passcode.

The new payment methods can be used not just for booking your flight ticket, but also for other stuff like redemption booking-related fees, preferred seat selection and travel insurance at the time of booking, which means that that next holiday is literally just a tap away.
