With Hua Hin getting terribly overcrowded these days, Pranburi has become more appealing for those looking for a more peaceful and relaxed holiday. Located just 30km south of Hua Hin, Pranburi is home to many secluded beaches and the famous Sam Roi Yod national park. An increasing number of boutique hospitality brands have expanded in the area, the latest being the Hansar Group.
Scheduled to open on Dec 1, the Hansar Pranburi is the newest property of the stylish chain. Set on an undisturbed beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and Nom Soa islands, the property consists of 17 rooms ranging from 30-60 sq meters, with rates starting from B6,000 for a 30-sq-meter room. The design integrates the surrounding beach environment, with a modern Thai décor. Hansar also has new properties in Khao Yai and Cha-Am scheduled to open in the first and the last quarter of 2014, respectively.
