South Beach has its list of glam restaurants, bars and clubs, so many that we can’t get enough of. Adding onto the list is JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach, managed by the luxury hotel chain, JW Marriott. This is their first property in Singapore.

They also offer outstanding event venues like their 520 square meter grand ballroom featuring a glorious lighting infrastructure, Forest of Lights, “dripping” from the ceiling dramatic designed by Philippe Starck, making it a perfect venue for wedding receptions; and an extensive choice of meeting rooms.
All these spaces are designed by the renowned designer Philippe Starck and British architects, Foster and Partners, you can immerse yourself in the eye-pleasing art decor around the hotel. Once you walk in, you will be already be greeted by a huge seven-meter installation made up of LED monitors by South Korean artist, Lee Lee Nam. Other art pieces you can spot are a lobby sculpture by the acclaimed Fernando Botero, and a reclaimed scrap metal sculpture, the Gorilla by Turner Prize winner Iain Nutting. Even the guest elevators have custom wallpapers and graffiti artworks decor.
On top of these amazing features, the hotel offers a total of nine dining options. Among these fancy restaurants are Akira Back, helmed by Chef Akira Back, offering mixed Korean-Japanese cuisine and Beach Road Kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant serving global cuisines and takeaways. For drinks, you can go to Court Martial Bar for cocktails; or Tonic that serves up gin-based cocktails with small bites.
