A ninth project by the Raffles Hotels and Resorts group, the 30-story building includes 32 suites and 237 residences (for private sale) as well as the Fairmont Makati, an establishment with 280 rooms. Each of the suites boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the city skyline. Design elements include silk, velvet and satin fabrics, with locally-inspired ceramics, paintings and woven baskets. The place also has a Raffles’ Long Bar featuring décor similar to the Singapore branch, with tropical punka fans, black, ivory and terracotta tiled floors, and a 14-metre long bar. Also on offer are two outdoor swimming pools and the Willow Stream Spa, with five treatment rooms plus a hair and nail salon.
