Bee’s Knees at The Garage
Those looking for a whimsical Valentine’s Day celebration this year can head to The Garage’s Bee’s Knees located in Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Botanic Gardens. Here, find a wallet-friendly three-course meal available at $98 per couple, which can be paired with his and hers cocktails too.
Start the meal off with their hearty Bacon, Leek and Potato Vichyssoise, then choose between the delicious Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek or pan-seared Norwegian Salmon for mains. Finally, end the evening with a fruity Lychee Mousse or refreshing Chocolate Mint Tart.

Romance your beloved with this specialty three-course affair that involves feasting under the stars on the beautifully preserved lawns; menu highlights include Chicken Tikka, Chicken Biryani, Crab Cakes and a plate of Cognac Brownie.
Available from Feb 10-28, the dinner is priced at $238 per couple (a $50 Capitol Singapore and Chijmes voucher is also included).
Cuba Libre Cafe & Bar Frasers Tower
Known as the Day of Love and Friendship in Cuba, a Valentine’s Day celebration at Frasers Tower’s Cuba Libre Cafe & Bar will feature a unique dining affair inspired by Cuban traditions. Among the brand new dishes are eats like Cuba Libre’s Seafood Bisque boasting slow-cooked prawns in a crab bisque; Iberico pork; and marinated red tuna served with head chef Alex Moreno’s personal dressing recipe. Options for vegetarians are also available, and that includes the Impossible Baked Meatloaf, Mushroom Lentil and Nut Wellington puff pastry pie and more.
This unique menu is available at just $45 per person, and is available from Feb 12-14.
Dolce Vita at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
