Your first thought coming face-to-face with beasts from hell would probably be to run and not to start throwing shapes on the dance floor. But a change of sentiment will be coming your way.
For your Saturday night party fix, be sure make a trip down to Pasir Panjang on Jun 8 for Haw Par Villa will be opening its gates of hell for a party like no other, courtesy of a collaboration between Singapore-based party collective Ice Cream Sundays and DJ crew Mugic. Guests are invited to party with a talented line-up of DJs from both sides, including Ice Cream Sundays’ native DJs Toppings, Bongomann and Muto Masashi; banding together with Mugic’s Ulysses, Kentaro, Dang, and MyHero for a killer, thriller soundtrack specially curated for partygoers to show off their dance routines.
Also on-site are art installations for your visual pleasure—a decorative piece by Pieralessio Rizzardi of TCA Think Tank and a social mural for all to participate in. Meanwhile, animated projections by The Super System will invade the dance floor area so you know that it’s not going to be a regular clubbing night for you and the bros.

And if that’s not enough to convince, there will most definitely be booze, bites and of course, ice cream. A pop-up bar at the party will be stocked with Kona Longboard Lager and a range of premium spirits to loosen your joints, while Sidecar Sausages’ all-natural sausages and vegetarian burgers will serve to quell your hunger. Be sure to work up an appetite for dessert, as Popbar Sg is expected to offer customisable gelato popsicles to put a little chill in your thrill.
Best to arrive early, as all hell-bound guests arriving before 5pm will be entitled to a free can of lager.
