A one-stop shop for great dining, quality craft cocktails and a superb nightlife program, Singapore’s hottest new ‘vibe-dining’ spot will celebrate its grand opening Dec 31, before opening her world-famous doors to the public in January 2018. Whatever plans you’ve made for New Year’s Eve, cancel them, because you’ll want to check out this new restaurant and rooftop bar ASAP.
In collaboration with the TAO Group, a premier entertainment, dining and nightlife group from the United States with over 25 operations that span hotspots around the globe like New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Sydney, LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar shows you a new way to dine and party in 2018. Like her sister outlets in New York and Las Vegas, LAVO Singapore introduces ‘vibe-dining’, which will change your nights out. Think upscale restaurant-meets-lounge experience, set amidst the spectacular setting that is the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands, 57 floors high.
Come the New Year, you can expect to savour award-winning food and fantastic cocktails while being entertained by an exciting nightlife program. The restaurant space is designed by the renowned Manhattan-based design firm ICrave, boasting a modern, glass-wrapped venue featuring handsome leather booths, reclaimed subway tiles, exposed brick and a massive wooden wine cabinet that pays homage to a typical 19th century Italian American restaurant. Oh, and did we mention that there’ll also be a wraparound outdoor terrace, complete with a bar and gelato cart?
Once 2018 rolls around, LAVO will be open for dinner so keep a look out for when they start taking reservations!. Enjoy the stunning skyline view from your table atop Tower 1 of Sands SkyPark while you dine on an Italian American menu designed by TAO Group Partner and Chef Ralph Scamardella. With nearly three decades of culinary experience in some of the most highly regarded restaurants in the world, you’ll definitely be in good hands. The menu will include classics you’d expect to find in Italy, such as the penne a la vodka, linguini with clam sauce, chicken parmesan and their famous one-pound meatball topped with ricotta cheese.
