The Cold Storage International Wine Fair will run from October 1-7 at VivoCity (Level 1 Atrium), offering discounts off bottles from the supermarket chain.
The sale will feature more than 500 wine labels. Highlights include Reservé de la Comtesse 2010 ($119), a well-rated mix of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot with chocolate-y notes, as well as Château Giscours 2011 ($118), which features black cherry, cassis, and plum flavors. There’ll also be New World wines like the award-wining Tiki Single Vineyard Marlborough Pinot Gris 2011 ($46) and Tiki Estate Waipara Pinot Gris 2011 ($37).
A lucky draw will be held at the end of the fair (for customers who spend a minimum of $200), with a trip for two to Italy up for grabs (including return flights and five-day accommodation). Customers who spend more than $1,200 also stand a chance to win a Vintec 80-bottle wine chiller.
