Perhaps with one eye on September’s F1 race and all the macho, masculine hoo-ha that goes with it; Pan Pacific Singapore are looking out for the ladies and offering a great new range of delicate, fruity (and, in more than a few cases, pink) new “Culinary Cocktails” at their bar Atrium (which, at 44 meters, is Asia’s longest).
Inspired by their mixologists’ adventures in the kitchen, the range of 10 new cocktails sees fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices combined in creations like the Cinnamon Ginger Martini (cachaca, elderflower cordial, cinnamon, ginger and lime juice), Basil Grandeur (vodka, basil, strawberries, Chambord, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice and black pepper) and Rhubarb Fizz (pisco, rhubarb, mint leaves, lemon juice and seltzer water).
The drinks will normally be priced at $18, but for the whole of July they’re going for just 10 bucks. Combine that with the downtown location and that record-breaking bar and you’ve got yourself a great reason to go down. “Like” Atrium on Facebook and you’ll also be entitled to a complimentary serving of tapas for every two cocktails you order.
