Wine drinking needn’t be all about expensive appellations and pompous sloshing. When it comes to wine bars here, there are few places that mix great vino with laid back vibes better than Wine BOS. The institution on Jalan Klapa has opened up a second outlet in Katong (#01-38/39 Katong Village, 86 East Coast Rd., 6348-8098) adding to the ever-growing population of F&B establishments there. Apart from a similarly wide selection of wines from Australia, New Zealand, the US, Chile, South Africa, Germany and France (whew!), parking here won’t be a nightmare.
