One of Singapore’s top cocktail bars, Martini Bar at Grand Hyatt has added seven new cocktails to its already impressive menu.
The bar’s mixologist and head bartender, Vasantha Kumar collaborated with Beam Global Asia’s in-house mixologist Jamey Merkel to create the seven creations using Beam Global Asia’s repertoire of spirits and liqueurs such as Russian Standard Vodka, Imperia Vodka and its Bols liqueur collection.
The result is a delish collection of cocktails such as the blueberry, lime and basil concoction 4b martini, the lemon custard martini which uses lemon juice, egg white, vanilla liqueur and Advocaat as well as the pandan leaf-infused honey pandan martini.
All cocktails are priced at $17.
