Fans of Meathsmith will not miss out on flavoursome American barbeque even when the smokehouse at Telok Ayer is closed for renovations. That’s because Meatsmith, the renowned culinary brand under Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, has joined forces with Pullman Singapore Orchard to showcase its mouthwatering creations at Eden Restaurant from Jan 8 to 21.

Head to the enchanting light-filled glasshouse Eden Restaurant for authentic smoked meats, fat juicy burgers, and hearty sides. Starters such as Scotch Quail Egg, Brisket Spring Rolls, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and Beef Cheek Pastrami will leave you craving for more. Mains include the Pulled Pork Burger, Beef Brisket, three-hour Smoked Pork Ribs, and an array of Meat Platters. The meats are all meticulously prepared over crackling wood fires, featuring premium dry-aged beef sourced from Australia and the USA.

But the highlight is the Pullman x Meatsmith Collab Selection, blending Meatsmith’s smokehouse barbecue with Eden Restaurant’s Asian influences. The Pullman Platter will easily feed four persons, a large plate filled with generous portions of Crab Cakes, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Lamb Satay, Shrimp Paste Chicken, Beef Short Rib Rendang and Corn Bread with Smoked Butter. 

Too much? Then try the Pullman Burger which boasts eight-hour braised pork belly, beancurd crisp, and Sarawak slaw, all embraced within Meatsmith’s iconic potato bun.

On Jan 11, there will be an Eden Restaurant x Meatsmith 6-Course American Wine Pairing Dinner. Every course will be expertly paired with a selection of American Wines, featuring 2022 Honig Sauvignon Blanc, 2021 Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir, 2018 Rhys Alesia Chardonnay, and 2017 Seghesio Old Vine Zinfandel. During the two-week residency, diners can also enjoy delicious bakes from Burnt Ends Bakery. Another stellar brand under Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, the bakery will tantalise taste buds with weekend pop-up bakery counters at the Atelier Lounge on Jan 13, 14, 20, and 21, 9am to 4pm. It will showcase an exquisite array of baked goods, from flavoured donuts to delectable Berry Tarts and savory sensations like smoked brisket beef pies and sausage rolls.
