It’s back! 1-Group presents the third annual Sip & Savour campaign from now till Mar 31. Yes, six whole weeks of cocktails, live performances, and more.
As a tribute to Singapore’s bar culture, the bartenders and mixologists, this year’s event is themed “Magic of Mixology” and includes a capsule menu of cocktails prepared by both in-house and guest bartenders with Johnnie Walker Gold Label.
By creating collaborative Sip & Savour-exclusive cocktails with both guest and in-house bartenders, 1-Group hopes to deliver magic through mixology while capturing the essence of eight of its venues.
There are nine cocktails to try. Highlights include 1-Altitude Coast’ Houdini’s Choice ($22++), a purple refresher with butterfly pea-infused St Germain Gel, fat-washed mint, and yuzu soda created by guest bartender Ben of Wallich Manor; 1-Arden’s garden-inspired Nebula Blooms, made with Johnnie Walker Gold Label,elderflower liqueur and cucumber syrup; and Wildseed Bar‘s Secret Garden, a fruity tipple that layers whisky, vanilla and pineapple liqueur, and blue pea tinted earl grey tea.
Other sips are Drink Me Potion by 1-Atico; The Treasure by 1918 Heritage Bar; The Raven by Bee’s Knee’s; Tuscany Twilight by Monti; and Concubine’s Letter by Yin Bar.
Additionally, there are activities throughout International Women’s Month (Mar 1 to 31). 1-Group has partnered with UOB Lady’s Card to offer cardmembers exclusive benefits. These include 1-for-1 Sip & Savour cocktails, prosecco or champagne and free cocktails or select pours with snacks upon arrival.

On Mar 22, it’s A Mystical Night of Smoke & Spirits at 1918 Heritage Bar, The Alkaff Mansion. Enjoy dining specials from grill stations, a Tanglin Gin masterclass, tarot card readings, and DJs spinning hits from yesteryear.
On Mar 24 and 30, sun-seekers can head to the Sip & Savour Pool Party x Manifest at 1-Altitude Coast featuring techno and house DJs. Only 300 tickets are available for each party ($35 with free entry to Sentosa). Get your tickets here.
End the revelries on a high with, what else, another party! The Sip & Savour Closing Party at 1-Arden will take place on Mar 31 with a full showcase of cocktails and guest bar partners, complemented by live entertainment, tarot card readings, and a roving magician.
