Fresh produce, international delicacies, rejuvenating wellness activities, and inspiring talks from industry leaders – it’s all happening at the inaugural farmer’s market and wellness event, Garden Vibes.
Garden Vibes will take place on May 25 and 26 at myVillage at Serangoon Garden, hosted by myVillage in collaboration with Little Farms. Get ready to elevate your senses and nourish your mind, body, and soul over the weekend.
The event will bring together more than 20 acclaimed producers and farmers from New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, offering attendees the opportunity to sample and learn about their products firsthand.
Meet producers like Ben Bostock of Bostock Brothers Organic Chicken; Nick Carey, the third-generation member of Green Meadows Beef; Georgina Terrana, the creative behind Roho ice cream and plant-based desserts; J and Jaclyn, founding sisters of Singaporean vegan and keto-friendly ice cream creations, and winemaker Eva Pemper.
Wellness, food, music and entertainment
Head to Level 3 rooftop for a variety of invigorating activities – they cost only $5 for each 45-minute session! You can also get an all-day unlimited pass for $30 per day.
There are Energising Circuit Training Sessions led by Root Fitness; Serene Breath and Flow Yoga Classes by Yoga Movement; and Introduction to Muay Thai and BJJ classes by Equilibrium MMA.
Be transported to a state of blissful tranquillity at a sound bath by healer Shervin Boloorian who will be flying in from Bali just for this festival. With nearly 15 years of expertise, Boloorian is hailed as one of Bali’s top healers. An all-day unlimited pass, inclusive of the 1.5-hour immersive sound bath and other wellness activities, is priced at $55.
For music lovers, don’t miss Singaporean singer-songwriter and actor Nathan Hartono who will be entertaining visitors on both days.
Kids are not left out. The free Kids Zone by Camp Asia will have plenty of exciting mini-games and sports activities. Tip: Pack some extra clothes as there will be some splashing good fun.
Finally, what’s a farmer’s market without good food? Little Farms Bar+Grill will be offering an “Off the Grill: The Best of New Zealand” platter ($78++) for two featuring four premium proteins from New Zealand, including wood-fired rump cap and chimichurri from Green Meadows, and Akaroa Salmon.
