Each month, an award-winning overseas chef will pair up with two top Singapore-based restaurants to create a collaborative 6-course meal. The restaurants featured for November are Mitzo and The Waterfall. You can expect dishes such as salmon poached in hay and parma ham stuffed ravioli respectively. 2015 King & Country in Singapore
King & Country specializes in crafting hand-painted dioramas, which are showcased in this exhibition. Although the artists highlights many historical milestones, like scenes from the two World Wars and the Napoleonic era, there is a figurine of the late Lee Kuan Yew and a scene portraying the fall of Singapore.
