National Day Celebrations at Esplanade
Celebrations here include dance and music performances by local talents like The Freshman and Kon-Fusionz, and various interactive art installations. There is also a local entrepreneur bazaar, featuring indie bookstore Books Actually and popsicles from the cool guys at Popaganda.
Families for Life Picnics at Marina Barrage
This picnic taking place over the jubilee weekend features a carnival-like atmosphere, with aerial displays, performances by the SAF Music & Dance Company, food trucks, childhood games, inflatable bouncy castles and other family-oriented activities.

This pot-luck food carnival features 12 unique home-cooked local recipes, which are specially curated from the #SgEatWithUs carnivals and satellites events. There will be braised duck buns, ondeh ondeh ice-cream, lemongrass satay and many more unqiue dishes.

Singles can check out this salad buffet which features 1-to-1 interaction with ample rotations, and promises a gender ratio of 50/50 to 60/40. Event registrations are based on first-come-first-serve basis.
